**To be eligible to enter the contest, an individual must work at 815 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC and be a legal resident of, and the age of majority in, the state of DC.  There is a limit of one entry per person per month. Employees of Cushman & Wakefield are not eligible to enter. The Contest will run until July 31st at 11:59pm EST.

The Winner will be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she can accept the Prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate Winner may be selected. Photo ID is required to claim the prize. The Winner will be emailed the prize. By accepting the prize, the contestant declares their eligibility as stipulated in these rules; and releases Cushman & Wakefield, Coveted Co. Inc. and their directors, officers and employees from all liability for any damage of loss arising from the participation in the contest.
